The DC-5100 Laminator is designed for fast, efficient performance under the most rigorous conditions in challenging environments. Built to perform, the DC-5100 gives users exceptional laminating speeds, throughput, and workload capability for heavy operation in demanding environments.

An excellent value, the DC-5100 offers low operation costs and is well matched to add protection to any printed CR-80 card.

User intervention is minimized, and menu settings can be saved via its own Setup Tool.

A backlit display means all information can be read easily.

Equipped with an Ethernet, with IPv4 support, and USB 2.0 interfaces are standard.

The DC-5100 Laminator can be used as a stand-alone or integrated with the Dascom DC-7600 Retransfer Printer to print and laminate a complete protected usable Card.

RFID protected Laminates - Clear or Holographic If used with Dascom Holographic laminate, the DC-5100 Laminator can provide three levels of Security -

Laminate Security Level 1 - Two dimensional holographic design, Kinetic effects, Micro Text - Ranging from .010 inches in letter height to .008 inches in letter height.

Laminate Security Level 2 - Two dimensional holographic OVD security design, Kinetic effects, Micro Text - Ranging from .010 inches in letter height to .008 inches in letter height, Guilloche fine line features, Two Channel (Flip) Image (Available in 90 degree viewable also) Black / White color shift.

Laminate Security Level 3 - High-resolution OVD. UV ink (Red, Green or Blue). Color shifting ink (Gold to green). Color shifting foil, Forensic features: Micro taggents and DNA taggents which require readers, QR codes or data matrix codes in either a holographic or printed format, Sequential numbering, Individual bar codes, IR coatings.
